  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): a type of therapy that helps individuals change negative thoughts and behaviors.
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD): a mental health disorder characterized by intrusive thoughts or compulsive behaviors.
  • Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): a mental health disorder characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

  • Bipolar mood disorder: a mental health disorder characterized by extreme mood swings, including manic and depressive episodes.
